Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the http://www.scbypeter.com website (the "Service") operated by Spotless Clean by Peter dba SCBYPETER LLC ("us", "we", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service. The Terms of Service agreement for Spotless Clean by Peter has been created with the help of termfeed links To Other Web Sites.
Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by Spotless Clean by Peter.
Spotless Clean by Peter has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that Spotless Clean by Peter shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Fees for Service
Please note this service is non-refundable after services have been fulfilled. However we offer 100% satisfaction guarantee, we will send another technician to re-clean for an additional fee. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to modify and/or cancel your booking. We may modify or cancel if your home or office is not in the condition as described to service booked or if environment requires additional time to complete.
All bookings are subject to our less than 24 hour notice cancellation of 100% cost of the booking. No exceptions will be made or replace this provision. Same-day bookings will also be subjected to our cancellation policy. All customers are aware and agree to these terms when booking service with us.
For bookings based on bedroom/bathroom size there is no time limit. For custom cleans, the time limit is only estimated the amount of hours you decide, the cost will remain the same and does not include any extras. Time added for extras cannot be altered. No refunds and the sale is final.
Access to Premises
The Client agrees to provide access to the premises at the scheduled cleaning time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
The Client should secure any valuable or fragile items before the cleaning service begins. The Company is not liable for damage to such items.
Liability and Insurance
The Company will take reasonable care when providing cleaning services. However, the Client understands that accidents can happen. The Company is insured against liability for damage or injury caused by its employees, up to the limits of its insurance coverage.
The Client is encouraged to report any damage or issues within 1 hour of the cleaning service. The Company will investigate and address such reports promptly.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Client must provide 24 hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling of cleaning services. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, such as staff unavailability or extreme weather conditions. In such cases, the Company will make reasonable efforts to inform the Client promptly.
Photography
By Accepting these terms you agree to allow our Technicians to take photos before/after of your residence or office. Photos are taken for quality purposes, in case services need to be extended or canceled. These photos may also be used for marketing and case of any discrepancies in regards to service preformed by technician.
Private Hiring of Company Technician
The Client agrees not to directly hire or employ any cleaning technician or employee of Spotless Clean by Peter for any cleaning services or related work, whether during or after the term of this agreement, without the prior written consent of the Company.
Should the Client wish to hire a technician or employee of the Company privately, they must first obtain written permission from the Company and negotiate the terms of such employment, including any non-compete or non-disclosure agreements, separately.
Violation of this clause may result in legal action, including but not limited to claims for damages and injunctive relief up to $5000 per occurrence.
Credit Card Authorization
By accepting these terms, you agree to have your payment for service processed through a third-party entity noted as Stripe, Inc and/or Square, Inc. You may cancel your authorization at any time by contacting us or logging into your account with us. This authorization will remain in effect until cancelled. You agree to authorize the charge to your credit card for the agreed upon service fee on checkout and if we have to edit/modify your booking for additional cost. You understand that your information will be saved with Stripe, Inc for future transactions on your account.
Updates
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 15 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
