Which service should I book?

If your environment has not been professionally cleaned before or within the last month, we recommend booking a deep clean.

If your environment has been professionally cleaned within the last month, we would recommend a standard clean.

You only want us to clean specific areas or want a more affordable cleaning package you should consider booking a custom clean.

I only want my bathroom or bedroom cleaned.

You should consider booking our custom clean package, this option requires a two hour minimum booking.

How much will I pay for cleanings?

Our pricing varies depending on the service that best suits your needs and amount of time to complete it. Regardless, all of our prices are extremely affordable given the high-quality cleanings we provide.

What’s included in the service?

You should visit Our Services section. We provide a cleaning checklist for what’s included in each of our cleaning package. Here is a quick summary of what’s included:

All areas in your home or office

  • Major or light dusting all surfaces

  • Clean and disinfect all surfaces

  • Dust and hand wipe furniture tops

  • Vacuum and/or mop floors

  • Dust pictures frames

  • Dust and clean mirrors

  • Empty all trash cans

Am I able to cancel or reschedule after I book?

Yes, you will have the option to cancel and reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to the day of your booking.

If you cancel same-day, you will be subject to our cancellation policy. You may cancel or reschedule anytime prior for FREE.

How long will it take to complete the cleaning?

We always give an estimate in case our professional service technicians require more or less time. Depending on which service you book we can give you a credit. All of our cleaning packages are on a minimum of two-hour booking.

Can I leave the cleaning technician gratuity?

We never ask for gratuity. If you would like to, you can give your service technician cash, via the booking process or reach out to us to add the gratuity at the end of the cleaning.
